Norwegian Cruise Line - You might want to skip this one
The November 14 2015 NCL cruise on the Jade out of Houston was difficult. Horrible check in, 2.5hours plus, ships crew was mostly new and speaked very little English, ship ran out of essentials such as milk bacon ect bar service was very understaffed and slow passengers had to speak up to get pools open, ran out of ice for the rooms The senior staff seemed to be the only crew members that knew anything.
Drink servers served drinks in a location and shortly the yellow and blue and white shirts[ncl staff] would tell you, you could not drink the the drink there. After a visit with a senior officer that was finally fixed on the last cruise day getting off the ship was a disaster.
The ships crew apparently could not see colors on the luggage tags so gray tagged bags were scattered with all the other colors. we could not find one of our bags so a crew member suggested we look through a pile of bags that the tags were missing on sure enough after a long period of searching there was our bag with the tag still on it in the pile of bags with missing tags After many good NCL cruises this one will be my last with NCL
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Norwegian Cruise Line Cons: Uncaring attitude, Staff failed us.
