I booked a cruise with NCL which was a sailing on May 17th 2017, on the 24th April I had to cancel due to family illness, I had booked through an agent, but had booked 2 Shore Excursions with NCL direct. When we cancelled the cruise, they said I had to deal through my agent to get refund from them.

It is now the 16th June 2 months after cancellation and their service is ***. Each time agent phones them he is being fobbed off when they say oh yes the refund will be on my credit card by Friday.

Oh low and behold it's Friday 16th June and guess what still no refund. They owe me £416.00 NCL get your act together and provide better customer service, or you will have no one sailing with you, as we are all fed up with your attitude!!!!!

Just wondering. You cancelled less than 30 days out. Would you be entitled to a full refund or did you buy the trip insurance?
