Under the current CEO, Frank Del Rio, NCL's focus is on shareholders, maximizing profits and cost cutting and the on-board experience has gone downhill sharply over the past 2 years. It is a shame.

It used to be my top pick in terms of customer service and on-board experience. Hopefully vacationers start wising up and realize what's in store for them with NCL and choose otherwise. The majority of their online ratings are based on pre-Del Rio times but recent negative reviews are mounting. You're only contributing to NCL's bottom line, not your own enjoyment by choosing NCL.

This company is not about the passengers. Remember, this is the company who risked passengers' lives sailing into the middle of the precisely and accurately forecast January 2018 "Bomb Cyclone" rather than lose revenue by not returning to port in time for the next cruise.

Think of your enjoyment and safety. Look elsewhere for a cruise vacation!
