NCL is the ship for ya! Oh, and how about a tiny cabin with a tiny balcony? Then NCl is the ship fer ya.!!!! Did I forget to say how horrible the beds are?

Oh, how about the customer service from the corporate level that stated that she (on a corporate level) could not discuss what a customer rep in their Sawgrass office said that was so disrespectful to a customer that had booked a cruise and would have lost money if the traveler cancelled the trip? How about no letter apologizing for the mistreatment? How about an insulting $25 put on the account?

This person wrote the review because of bad quality at Norwegian Cruise Line. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $1400 and wants Norwegian Cruise Line to "finding a way to get the word out on how horrible ncl is and you cannot do a dam thing about it!! oh says the poc on the presidential level!".
The most disappointing in user's experience was uncaring attitude, bed food smoke filled resturants balcony size of the cabin costs and rip-offs. Author liked the most bathroom only. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
