New ReviewerI have a future cruise scheduled for March 29,2020 wanted to reschedule it due to the coronavirus pandemic i was told if i cancel i will loose all my money. I would think in these times the cruise companies should offer guests the choice of rescheduling there cruise.
We are supposed to enjoy our vacation not be worried about catching virus and potentially be quarantined on a ship where the virus could spread. There needs to be a policy change on this matter since the situation is unforeseen. When u call to speak to someone in customer service about your concern they read a script saying you will be kept safe because of there vigorous health checks. The reality people can have the virus and be shedding it to others.
Never have purchase travel insurance because we wouldnt be cancelling cruise if wasnt for this situation. I hope someone on the company can contact me and get my problem resolved.
